Been Born in 1948 as Choir CAI Marostica, the Choir Bassano assumes only his definitive denomination in 1995, after having as constituted choral groups with different names among which they are remembered the particular one the Choir ANA Montegrappa and the Choir Edelweiss.  

Among his Managers we remember the teachers Crestani, Piotto, Stella, Sbordone, Negro, Battaggia, Simonetto, Zanella and Pellanda.

The renewal of the organic one, happened in 1995, it relaunches the activities of the choir that it becomes protagonist of hundreds of concerts in Italy and of important tour developed to the foreign countries (Slovakia, Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, Hungary and Greece).

The repertoire has progressively widened up to understand different choral sons-in-law: alpine song, song of popular derivation (or inspiration), author's song, up to the folk and to the light music, Italian and not.

Flower to the buttonhole of the Choir is the organization of the spectacular Bassano In Sing, choral review of 10 hours reached the seventh edition; this initiative has always received an increasing success and, in the circle of the numerous anticipated cultural demonstrations to Bassano, it represents one of the most meaningful moments and an extraordinary source of interrelations with choral groups of all the types both Italian and foreigners.

In 2003 you/he/she has participated in the show of variety I Return Saturday...and three of George Panariello in direct RAI from the Centre of the Sport of Bassano.     From 2006 the Choir, entertains near his/her own center, the course of choral direction and chorality held by the teacher Carl Høgset.   

In 2008, besides actively participating in the demonstrations announced in the city for the gathering of the Alpine ones, he has crowned his first sixty years of chorality to Bassano of the Grappa organizing a series of important events, among which you/they must be remembered the Trittico Choral in autumn, with the share of the teacher De Marzi and the choir SAT, the hearing with the Pope Benedetto XVI and the publication of the book Sixty years de sings to Bassan with attached CD, a bock of well 200 pages that the history of Bassano tells in the chorality of Bassan.

In 2009 the Choir Bassano has received, on the occasion of the celebrations for the patron of the city, the Trphy City of Bassano as recognition for the intense activity musical turn in the last sixty years.
